Agroparks and Metropolitan Food Clusters Master Planning and design

Planning and design of Agroparks as spatial clusters in metropolitan areas have been designed in North-western Europe, South-East Asia, China, India, SE Asia, Mexico and Africa. These are spatial clusters of Agro production and processing that integrate high productive plant- and protein production within the framework of industrial ecology. A number of these designs are operational or are being implemented:

Research

Elaboration of the innovations of Metropolitan Food Clusters in the perspective of adaptation to and mitigation of Climate Change consist of research projects, and Government Institute for Forest and Landscape Research.
